So, you've been told that your child doesn't qualify for health insurance because he or she has autism?  I’m here to tell you that health insurance for autism is now available, even if they have been declined in the past.      Our agency provides affordable health insurance coverage for children and adults with autism. And it couldn't be easier to qualify...our application has NO health questions, requires NO exam, and is guaranteed-issue...you won't be declined for health reasons.

   Of course a major medical health insurance plan is always the best option if you qualify. Unfortunately, we find that individuals with autism often can't qualify for a traditional major medical plan. Defined benefit health insurance plans are quickly becoming the next best solution. Make no mistake, this is not one of those point-of-service discount plans. Our product is a real insurance policy that pays you or your health care provider for treatment you receive.

Plan Features

Pre-existing conditions: Pre-existing conditions are not covered until the policy has been in effect for more than 12 months. A pre-existing condition is any condition you have now or had within a six month period prior to the effective date of coverage for each covered person. This plan is HIPAA compliant. Persons who leave the plan will receive a HIPAA Certificate of Creditable Coverage. Those who enter the plan presenting a valid Certificate of Creditable Coverage (e.g., evidence of prior group or individual health coverage) will receive credit toward this plan's pre-existing conditions limitation.

Eligibility

• Indiana Residents (residents of other states - click here)
• Individuals between 18 and 64 and dependent children under age 19. A child/children under age 18 may be written if a parent is also written as the primary insured (rates start at $264.00/month for parent/child).
• Unmarried dependent children with proof of full-time student status between the ages of 19-25
• Individuals not in full-time service of the Armed Forces (military).
• Individuals not eligible for Medicare
• Individuals not receiving disability benefits or worker's compensation
